5. How Long We Keep Your Data
Personal data is retained for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to any legal or professional obligations requiring longer retention. As a general guide:
- Enquiries that do not proceed to a formal engagement are typically deleted within twelve months of the last correspondence
- Records relating to formal client engagements are retained for at least ten years following the conclusion of the matter, in accordance with Thai professional standards applicable to legal practitioners
- Website technical logs are retained for a maximum of twelve months

The Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 grants you the following rights in relation to personal data we hold about you:
- Right of access — to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Right to rectification — to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data

- Right to restriction — to request that processing be restricted in certain circumstances

- Right to object — to object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, to withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 12. We will respond within the timeframes prescribed by the PDPA. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you have the right to lodge a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. These include encrypted communications, access controls, and periodic review of our data handling practices.
No method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure. If you have concerns about the security of information shared with us, please contact us directly and we will discuss alternatives, including delivery of documents by hand to our chambers.
10. Minors
This website is not directed at individuals under the age of eighteen. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. Where a succession matter involves a minor beneficiary, personal data relating to the minor is handled within the formal client engagement, with appropriate care and with all necessary consents from a parent or legal guardian.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this page. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to draw them to your attention.
